Before you start
This needs to be set up first:
- 1Go to Academics → Academics → Students and select Enroll student.
- 2Fill in the learner’s names, date of birth, gender, curriculum, fee category and stage.
- 3Choose their class and stream.
- 4Add the guardian’s details — you will need their phone number to give them parent access later.
- 5Select Enroll student, or Save and enroll another to keep going.
The admission number is issued automatically from your admission number format.
The fee category chosen here decides which fee structure the learner is billed from.
