Setting up transport zones, rates and vehicles

Routes, what each costs per term, and which bus runs them.

Before you start

This needs to be set up first:

1Add vehicles under Operations → Transport → Fleet — registration, seats, make and model.
2Go to Operations → Transport → Zones and select New zone for each route.
3In the zone’s Rates tab, set a term rate — one-way and two-way — and Save rate.
4In the Vehicles tab, assign a vehicle and shift, and a driver from your staff list.
